Can I print out my order confirmation?

After you place an order on OUR WEBSITE, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order that can be printed on your home computer.

What is an order confirmation?

The order confirmation page provides you with a complete record of your order, including descriptions, specifications, quantities and prices for each item ordered. It also includes shipping address (es) and method(s), billing address and payment information.

Remember, the order confirmation page is used for future reference purposes only. It is NOT your receipt.

Can the order confirmation page be my receipt?

The order confirmation page is NOT your receipt. Your receipt (packing slip) will accompany your order, unless you’ve specified an item as a gift. If your order includes a gift item, its package will include a gift receipt.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.
You can also sign up for text alerts about your package. You'll know when your package ships, when it's about to be delivered, and when it's been delivered.
Note: Some UPS and FedEx shipments are handed over to your local post office for final delivery. If your package says delivered on UPS.com or FedEx.com and you still don't have it, search using the long, all numeric tracking number on USPS.com for additional tracking information.

Is my billing information secure?
Yes, our website is secured with an SSL certificate and SiteLock so all data that is transmitted through the site is 100% protected. When submitting your payment through PayPal or Stripe, your information is secure as well. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
How can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Please contact customer service representative by email, Please also note: we are unable to process cancellation requests once an item ships. Therefore, for any changes, please try to contact us within 24 hours after orders were placed online.
Will customs and duties be included for international orders?
No. Custom and duty fees for international orders are billed upon package delivery.
